Take Charge of Our Growing Trade Centre Warehouse
At Berwick City Trade Centre, we're looking for an experienced Parts Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse in Pakenham.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll lead from the front, support your team and play a key role in keeping our operation running efficiently.
A Day in the Life
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be keeping the warehouse moving. Coordinating deliveries, managing workflow and supporting your team to ensure parts are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
Leading a team of four, you'll provide direction help keep the day running smoothly. You'll oversee the day to day operation of the warehouse, maintain inventory accuracy and continually look for ways to improve efficiency and processes.
This is a genuinely hands on role. Whether you're operating a forklift, unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, conducting stock checks or assisting with freight, you'll work alongside your team and lead by example.
No two days are exactly the same, but the goal is always clear - maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse that supports our dealerships and extensive external customer base while delivering the high level of service we're known for.
About You
You're someone who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.
You know how to motivate a team, maintain high standards and keep a busy warehouse running efficiently, even when the pace picks up. Organised and proactive, you're someone who can solve problems, adapt quickly and keep operations moving.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within an Automotive Trade Parts environment, either as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior Parts role with demonstrated leadership capability.
A current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence are essential.
Most importantly, you're someone who takes pride in running an efficient warehouse, supporting your team and getting involved whenever the job requires it.
